The best way to compare a mutation
Use a two-run test. In the first run, calculate the plant with no mutation selected. In the second, keep the plant, weight, quantity, and boost exactly the same and add one mutation. This isolates the changed input.

A community trade can behave differently because players also care about rarity, availability, demand, collections, and current events.
